IdeaPay is a payment aggregator service that allows merchants to process payments from over 20 different payment methods. Our online payment solution offers buyers and sellers a convenient and secure way to conduct e-commerce from anywhere and in real-time.

Currently, we support the following payment methods:

• Online banking
• Over-the-counter (OTC) banking and non-banking
• E-wallets

Online Banking enables customers with access to an online bank account to make online payments that is charged to their bank account in real-time.

Over-the-counter (OTC) payment methods allow customers to make payments by walk-ins to a branch of any of our partnered banks and payment channels. The steps for performing OTC payments may vary from partner-to-partner, but will generally have the same process. Customers will simply receive a reference number or deposit instructions to validate the payment.

IdeaPay also supports e-wallets such as GCash, Paymaya, GrabPay, AliPay, WeChatPay, and Coins.ph.

Once you create an account with us, you have the option to choose which of these payment methods you want to integrate on your selling platform or website.

Fees

Each of these payment methods have a fixed transaction fee, and some have threshold transaction amounts that if exceeded, will have a transaction rate.

Schedule of Settlements

All transactions within the one week cutoff period (Saturday to Friday) will be settled on a regular basis every Monday after a 7-day processing time.
